RENVI jewelry is carefully wrapped in our signature packaging and shipped to you from Los Angeles. We take great care in preparing your order, ensuring your jewelry arrives beautifully presented and protected.
Order Processing
As most items are made to order, please allow up to 3-weeks for production. If you have a specific deadline, contact us prior to placing your order, and we will let you know if we can meet your timeframe.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number within 24 hours.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping is complimentary and fully insured. Orders ship via FedEx 2-day service and require a signature upon delivery.
Local Delivery
Hand delivery is available within select areas of Los Angeles. Please contact us if you would like your piece delivered personally.
International Shipping
We offer fully-insured and complimentary international shipping to most countries overseas. Orders require a signature upon delivery and delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches the destination country. RENVI is not responsible for these charges, and they will be your responsibility as the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
